Grill or toast the bun
Add chipotle and salad and top it up with tomato salsa.
BBQ fry a chicken fillet, seasoned with salt, pepper and freshly chopped chili. Halve it, and add it to the burger.
Place tortilla chips in a circle on a piece of baking paper, sprinkle it with grated cheddar cheese and grill it in a hot oven until the cheese is melted.
Add the lid of the bun upside-down and then add the nacho chip lid.
