Gourmet Burger a la Béarnaise

Toast or grill the bun on a grill pan.
Add mixed salad and tomato relish.
Add steak cooked on a grill pan and seasoned with coarse sea salt and fresh pepper.
Top it off with bacon, chili fried mushrooms and onions.
