Japanese Slow Cooked Pork Burger

Cooked with Teriyaki Sauce

Toast the hamburger bun, usually brushed with a little oil or butter to gloss up the bread.

Cook some big pieces of pulled pork together with Teriyaki sauce.

Add a blend of Wasabi and mayonnaise to the bottom bun with some slices of Japanese pickled ginger.

Add a lot of mache salad, and pickled red onion.
