Add ramson pesto to the bottom and the lid of the bun, toast it and add the red onion relish.
Add the barbecue roasted steak seasoned with salt and pepper.
Top it off with salad and the caramelized mushrooms (Melt sugar on a pan, add butter and mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste).
