This large unproved croissant is the perfect sweet treat for breakfast, brunch or later in the day. The croissant is part of our easy-to-use product range that combines convenience with the tempting aroma of fresh baking. Waste is minimised as you only bake what you need. Proving is the process by which a pastry needs to be prepared prior to baking in an oven. It involves resting the pastry to allow yeast activity to take place which allows the product to rise. To bake, it may need to be thawed or placed in a proving unit prior to baking. If you’re unable to prove a Croissant, choose either a Ready to Bake or Fully Baked option.

Thaw for 90 minutes. Prove for 40 - 60 minutes at 30 degrees. Bake for 22 - 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
