Hey Pesto Chicken Burger
Ingredients
Serves 10 People
- 10 Oval Seeded Burger
- 10 Chicken fillets
- 20 slices of parma ham
- Mixture of 100g bread crumbs. crushed nachos and 3 beaten eggs
- Salad
- 20 tbspn tomato salsa
- 30 tbspn basil pesto
- Parmesan cheese
- Spread the base of the bun with basil pesto to the bun and toast it.
- Add salad and tomato salsa
- Wrap parma ham around the chicken pieces dip into the egg mixture
- Grill the chicken fillet in a griddle pan and season it with salt and pepper
- Add to the bun and top it off with parmesan flakes
- Add the lid and sprinkle any remaining parmesan over the top of the bun
