Serves 10 People
- 10 Seeded Brioche Bun
- 3 Baked red peppers in olive oil
- 10 pcs Premium lamb burgers
- Salt & Pepper
- Baby spinach leaves
- 2 red onion (sliced)
- 2 leeks
- 200g Goats cheese
- 100g Crème fraiche (30%)
- Toast the bun, usually brushed with a little oil or butter.
- Add some baby spinach leaves on the toasted bottom, goats cheese and grilled red pepper strips.
- Top with fried red oinion and leeks
- Add the grilled or barbecued lamb burger.
