Main Purpose of Role
To provide strategic category support, insight and recommendations to the business and its customers so that we develop strategic partnerships with key retailers
Work cross-functionally to provide support, insight and recommendations on key strategic projects within the business, e.g. strategic product development
Develop market lading insights through collaborative working with data providers
Provide insights that support our Food Service and international business (Aus and SA
Skills & Knowledge
A strong understanding of the UK retail channel, with the candidate able to demonstrate successful category wins.
Excellent computer skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook are important. Equally important is experience of working with Nielsen Answers or IRi, Kantar WorldPanel Online and Dunnhumby Shop
Knowledge of the Convenience and Foodservice channels would also be advantageous
A minimum of 2 years experience of working within a category management function
Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 9am and 5pm
