Chocolate & Apricot Jam Croissant
Serves 10 people
- 10 Medium Curved Croissants, baked
- 3dl Chocolate mousse
- 1dl Apricot jam
- 1dl melted dark chocolate
- 1/2dl powdered sugar

- Slice the cooled croissants and fill with apricot jam.
- Fill a piping bag with chocolate mousse and fill the croissants.
- Decorate with melted chocolate and powdered sugar.
