Pretzel Lamb Burger

With Chevre Creme

Ingredients:

1 piece Euro-Bake Mfg. # 5010 or # 5150 Pretzel Bun
1 tablespoon baked red peppers in olive oil
1 premium Lamb burger, grilled (4-6 ounce)
1 oz. Chevre Cheese
1 tablespoon crème fraiche 
Salt & pepper
Mache salad

Directions:

Toast the hamburger bun brushed with oil or butter.

Put some mache salad on the toasted bottom lid and add chevre creme, grilled red pepper and a little olive oil.

Add the grilled Lamb burger.
