Signature Burger

With Caramelized Jack Daniels Onions


1 piece Euro-Bake Mfg. #745 Ciabatta Sandwich Roll or # 74788 Brioche Bun
1 Ground Beef Patty (4-6 ounce)
1 piece Sliced Emmentaler cheese
1/2 tablespoon Tomato salsa
1/2 Green Jalapeno
1 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoons Jack Daniels BBQ sauce
Iceberg lettuce


Toast the hamburger bun, usually brushed with a little oil or butter to gloss up the bread.

Add honey and black sesame seeds on the lid of the bread.

Put salsa mayo and sliced iceberg lettuce on bottom lid.

Fry the sliced onions with butter and Jack Daniels BBQ sauce.

Cook the burger and melt some Emmentaler chesse.

Serve with nacho chips.
