Chicken Chipotle Chili Burger


Serves 10 people

  • 10 Sandwino Herb Bread 
  • 2kg Chicken mince 
  • 100g Chopped spring onion 
  • 200g Chipotle chili sauc
  • 200g Sliced Cheese 
  • 100g Salad 
  • 100g Garlic Mayo 
  • 100g Tomato Ketchup

Avocado Salsa

  • 1 kg Avocado 
  • 300g Sun blush tomato, chopped
  • 300g Fresh corn in the cob, dry toasted in a pan 
  • 50g Lime 
  • 100g Coriander chopped 
  • 200g Red pepper 
  • 200g Red onion 
  • 10g Red wine vinegar

  1. Mix the burger ingredients together in a bowl and form into chicken burgers of around 180g, try to make the size to fit the square bun.
  2. Griddle on a flat cast iron skillet turning every 2 minutes till thoroughly cooked.

Avocado Salsa:

  1. Chop to equal sized pieces around 2.5 cm and mix together with time for the flavours to merge. Season to taste
