Focaccia Burger with Salmon


Serves 10 people 

  • Mixed Salad
  • 10 Salmon steaks grilled 
  • Pickled Red Onions
  • 20 Asparagus


  • 300 g cream cheese mixed with Wasabi
  • Acacia honey to taste
  • Lime
  • Salt & pepper

  1. Toast the bun.
  2. Mix ingredients for the cream cheese spread.
  3. Apply spread to the bun.
  4. Add salad, the salmon steak, pickled red onions and grilled asparagus.
