- Mixed salad
- 30 tbsp. tomato relish
- 10 Hamburgers (150g)
- 10 thick slices of blue cheese
- 20 slices of crispy fried bacon
- 10 tbsp. pickled red onions'
- Salt & pepper

- Toast the bun on both sides.
- Add the mixed salad and tomato relish.
- Add the beef burger cooked on a grill pan and seasoned with coarse sea salt and fresh pepper.
- Add a thick slice of blue cheese and top it off with bacon and pickled red onions.
