Less is More Burger
Serves 10 People
- 10 Gourmet Burger Buns
- 10 pcs Hamburgers (150 g)
- 10 pcs Smoked back bacon
- 10 Thick slices of aged cheddar cheese
- 10 pcs Pickle
- Iceberg lettuce

- Toast the hamburger bun, brushed with a little oil to gloss up the bread.
- Add a blend of sriracha sauce and ketchup on the Kaiser stamp and the bun.
- Add chilimayo on the bottom piece of the bun and add iceberg salad.
- BBQ the burger with melted aged cheddar, top with crispy bacon and serve with a big pickle on the side.
