Lunch Burger with Hash Browns and Fried Eggs

- 10 Pretzel Buns
- 10 pcs Hamburgers (150g)
- 10 Eggs
- 20 Slices of crispy bacon
- 10 Hash browns (flat cakes about 25g)
- 20 tomato slices100 g Smoked tomato salsa

- Lubricate with a bit of smoked tomato salsa on the bottom of the bun.
- Add hash browns and two slices of tomato.
- Add the hamburger and top with a fried egg.
- Add crispy bacon and chives as a final touch.
