Pretzel Lamb Burger
Serves 10 People
- 10 Pretzel buns
- 3 Baked red peppers in olive oil
- 10 pcs Premium lamb hamburgers
- Salt & Pepper
- Baby spinach leaves
- 2 red onion (sliced)
- 2 spring onions
- 200g Chevre
- 100g Crème fraiche (30%)

- Toast the hamburger bun, usually brushed with a little oil or butter.
- Add some baby spinach leaves on the toasted bottom, chevre crème and grilled red pepper strips.
- Top with red oinion and spring onion
- Add the BBQ Lamb burger.
