- 1 each Euro-Bake Diamond Ciabatta
- 2 oz Colby Cheddar, sliced
- 3 strips Bacon, crispy cut on a diagonal
- ½ Scallion, thinly sliced
- 1 oz Sour Cream
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Arrange the cheese and bacon inside the cuts of top sliced Diamond Ciabatta.
- Place on a baking sheet, bake for 3-5 minutes until bread is crisp and the cheese is melted.
- Top with dots of sour cream and scallion. Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt and a few cracks of black pepper.
