Miso Mushroom Swiss Bison Burger
2 Euro-Bake Potato Bun
3 ea. Button Mushrooms
1 lb. Ground Bison
1 red onion, sliced and sauteed
1 lb shiitake mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
4 slices of Swiss cheese
• 1 tbsp. Chives, thinly sliced
• ½ cup Mayo
• ½ cup Miso
- Toast or grill Euro-Bake Potato Bun until warm.
- Mix together ingredients for Chive Mayo and spread on each bun half.
- Mince shallot and mushrooms. Mix with ground bison.
- Season with salt and pepper. Form into patties and sear.
- Place on toasted Euro-Bake Potato Bun.
- Melt Swiss cheese over the top of patty. Top with sautéed onions and shiitake mushrooms
