Baguette with Ham and Honey-roasted Walnuts
Ingredients
- Euro-Bake Artisan Rustic Loaf (65013)
- Baby spinach leaves
- Slices of ham
- Cream cheese
- Sour cream
- Green pesto
- A few drops of lemon juice
- Slices of cucumber
- Roughly chopped walnuts
- Honey
- Fresh mint
How to make it:
Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, pesto and lemon juice. Spread a thick layer on the bottom half of the baguette. Distribute the baby spinach evenly on the bread and top with ham.
Mix roasted walnuts and honey and spread onto the bread. Top with slices of cucumber and fresh mint.
