Breakfast Ciabatta with Ham Salad
- Euro-Bake Multigrain Ciabatta 3x7 (50747)
- Lettuce leaves
- Seasonal cabbage, finely chopped
Ham salad (10 servings):
- 10 oz shredded ham
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons sweet chili sauce
- Juice from 2 limes
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 6 oz chopped cucumber
- 6 oz bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, finely cut
Mix cream cheese, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, salt and pepper into an even cheese spread. Add bell pepper, cucumber and chives to the spread. Finally, add shredded ham and stir until you have an even blend.
Fill the ciabatta with lettuce, finely chopped cabbage and top with ham salad.
