Blue Cheese Filling
Mix the blue cheese with the other ingredients to form a cheesy sauce.
Cut the beef burger open and apply 20g of the sauce into the middle, carefully re-seal and chill the burger.
Season the outside of the burger with Salt and Pepper. Griddle the burger on a high heat turning every 2 minutes.
Toast the bun on the inside on the griddle pan to collect the burgers cooking juices.
Once the meat is cooked 8-10 minutes, rest this and assemble the burger with sliced onion jam on the base, burger on top, bacon, lettuce, tomato and onions. Lid on and serve.
