Burgerfahrbrik is a young and dynamic company established in 2013. Their concept is to offer a wide assortment of premium burgers with a delivery service.
Burgerfahbrik offers numerous different burgers like the classics Hamburger, Cheeseburger next to special burgers like Toscana Burger (Mediterranean composition of beef, Aioli, grilled aubergines and zucchini, feta cheese and Pesto), Gorgonzola burger (beef, Gorgonzola cheese, salad and mayonnaise) or the Vegan Hot Arrabiata Tofu Burger (tofu, tomatoes, jalapeños, red onions, parsley and arrabiata sauce).
Head chef Steven Golla constantly creates new recipes and after an in-house trial period the best burgers end on his menu card. Steven’s credo is to always use premium and fresh products to create his menus.
The pilot store was opened in 2013 in Mannheim, the outlet in Berlin started shortly after the flagship store.
The Berlin outlet has around about 70 orders every day, 20-25 % at lunch time and 75-80 % in the evening. From 2015 Burgerfahrbrik will open new outlets e.g. in Aachen, Hamburg and Ludwigshafen via a new franchise concept.
