Bake the crowns as usual and cool off
Cut slices of bread into smaller pieces, sprinkle with oil and cinnamon and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Make a syrup of water, sugar, lime, cinnamon and ginger.
Cut pieces of fresh fruit, pour syrup over and top with the cooled croutons.
