With this premium Jumbo Brioche Hot Dog Roll you can offer your customers a high quality eating experience. The beautiful glossy surface also contributes to a premium look. The brioche dough is a superb combination of a soft texture and rich flavour. The hot dog roll has been proved, baked and frozen so that all you need to do is thaw and serve. One carton contains 8 bags with 6 pieces in each bag.

Storage & Handling

Can be stored until the best before date if stored at -18oC or below. Once defrosted, store in a cool dry place in a sealed bag and use within 2 days. Do not store defrosted products at chilled temperatures as this will accelerate staling. DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE DEFROSTED.

To defrost: remove the packs required from the box and lie flat. Allow to defrost at room temperature for approximately 1 hour.
